Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to bring to your attention that your company, https://www.dacast.com/, is infringing upon my intellectual property rights. Specifically, your company is utilizing the technology described in United States patents 10,205,986 B2 and 10,958,961 B2 without proper authorization.

While I understand that your company is based in Great Britain, any live streaming video that can be accessed within the United States and utilizes my patented technology constitutes infringement. Upon analysis of your website, I believe that Dacast is utilizing my patented technology without my permission.

As the owner of these patents, my company TV Knows You.com, Inc. demands that Dacast immediately cease and desist from using my patented intellectual property. Furthermore, all end users of Dacast must comply with my demands to purchase an end-user license from TV Knows You.com, Inc. in order to continue utilizing my patented technology.

To continue using my patented intellectual property, Dacast must purchase a developer's license from TV Knows You.com, Inc. for a sum of three percent of Dacast's gross yearly revenue. Failure to comply with these demands will result in legal action being taken against your company.
