Cease-and-Desist Letter to NASCAR Enterprises LLC for Patent Infringement
I am writing to you on behalf of Gabriel De La
Vega Jr., CEO of TV Knows You.com, Inc. I am writing to inform you that we
have become aware of your company's infringement on our two patents, US
10,205,986 B2 and US 10,958,961. We have already had deep discussions with
our patent attorney regarding your patent infringement, and we are well
aware of the situation.
As the inventor and owner of these patents, I
am appalled that NASCAR Enterprises LLC would attempt to claim that my
intellectual property is now the official property of NASCAR. I came up with
this exact application as far back as the year 1996, driving a taxi for a
living and simultaneously studying computer science. Therefore, any type of
patents that you now have are overridden by my patents.
To continue
using my software/inventions, NASCAR Enterprises LLC will need to buy a
developer's license, which I have for sale. The cost for the license is
three percent of NASCAR's annual gross revenue. In addition, all your
drivers streaming live mobile video from the race car will need an end-user
license to continue streaming live mobile video, which is currently for sale
for $99.00 per license per year.
I demand that you instruct your
drivers to comply with this immediately before the races start in Las Vegas,
or else this will just further aggravate the situation. Please be sure to
call me directly for your developer's license at 702-592-5939 or email me at
ceo@tvknowsyou.com.
Please be advised that we take this matter very
seriously and will not hesitate to take legal action to protect our patents.
Therefore, we demand that NASCAR Enterprises LLC immediately ceases and
desists from any further infringement of our patents.
Thank you for
your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Gabriel De La Vega
Jr. CEO of TV Knows You.com, Inc.
