Cease and Desist Letter for Patent Infringement: TV Knows You.com Inc. vs Twitter, Inc.
I am writing on behalf of TV Knows You.com Inc.
to bring to your attention the severe patent infringement that is currently
taking place with Twitter. TV Knows You.com Inc. is the owner of US Patent
10,958,961 B2 and US Patent 10,205,986 B2, and it has come to our attention
that Twitter is using our patented technology without proper authorization.
As you are aware, our patents grant us exclusive rights to certain
technologies, and any use of these technologies without proper authorization
constitutes patent infringement. Twitter's unauthorized use of our patented
technologies has caused significant harm to our business and violates our
intellectual property rights.
In light of the above, we demand that
Twitter immediately cease and desist from any further use of our patented
technologies. Furthermore, we demand that Twitter promptly purchase a
developer's license from TV Knows You.com Inc., which grants them the right
to use our patented technologies, in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth in the license.
The developer's license requires
payment of a royalty fee of three percent of Twitter's yearly revenue.
Additionally, we would like to remind Twitter that their end users who are
utilizing Twitter's live streaming platform are also required to obtain an
end user license from TV Knows You.com Inc., which can be purchased at
https://tvknowsyou.com for $99.00 per end user.
We strongly advise
Twitter to contact TV Knows You.com Inc.'s CEO, Gabriel De La Vega Jr.,
immediately to negotiate the royalty fees and discuss the terms of the

Please be aware that failure to comply with this
cease and desist demand will result in legal action by TV Knows You.com Inc.
to protect our intellectual property rights. We hope to resolve this matter
amicably and avoid any unnecessary litigation.
