Dear Sir/Madam,

It has come to my attention that Instagram, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Instagram") has been using my patented software/intellectual property without obtaining the necessary license from TV Knows You.com, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "TVKY"). As the owner of Patent US 10,958,961 B2 and Patent US 205,986 B2, I hereby demand that Instagram immediately ceases and desists from using my patented software/intellectual property.

Please be advised that to continue using my patented software/intellectual property, Instagram must obtain a developer's license from TVKY. The person to contact for the license is the CEO of TVKY, Gabriel De La Vega Jr., whose phone number is 702-592-5939, and email address is ceo@tvknowsyou.com. The price for the license is at least three percent of Instagram's yearly gross revenue.

Furthermore, all end-users streaming live mobile video on Instagram's platform must purchase an end-user license from TVKY immediately. If end-users continue to use the platform without a license, Gabriel De La Vega Jr. will request that a federal judge issue a subpoena to Instagram to turn over the names and email addresses of all Instagram end-users. The federal authorities will then decide on how they are going to enforce the $99.00 yearly live streaming fee from all end-users.

I trust that Instagram will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to comply with my demand. Failure to do so will result in legal action against Instagram.
