Dear Sir/Madam,

As the inventor of the US patents 10,205,986 B2 and 10,958,961 B2 for a live streaming technology, I, Gabriel De La Vega Jr., am writing this cease and desist letter on behalf of TV Knows You.com, Inc. The patents have been assigned to my company, making us the rightful owners of the technology that your company, https://lerro.co/, is infringing upon.

It is important to emphasize that I have been developing this type of live streaming technology since 1998 and currently hold issued patents for it. While your website displays a picture of a cell phone and a wireless camera streaming live video, this is a clear example of the technology that I have patented.

According to my legal counsel, any live streaming video that can be received on any device, including cell phones, desktops, and GoPros, via the internet is infringing on my patents. Pay-per-view live streaming is also infringing on my patent's claims.

Upon discovering that your company is using my intellectual property without permission or authorization, I was extremely upset. I demand that your company immediately stop using my patented technology and purchase a developer's license to continue using the software legally.
